STICRISC study

Thank you for having a look on this web page!

The STICRISC study has recently started and we are currently working on starting the study in several new centers: both in the Netherlands and across the world!

The STICRISC study is a retrospective and prospective registration study. In this study, women who are diagnosed with a STIC or STIL lesion are included and followed to see whether or not they develop peritoneal cancer or other types of abdominal cancer. The aim of the study is to assess peritoneal cancer incidence and identify histopathological characteristics of STIL/STIC which are reproducible and asssociated with the risk of peritoneal cancer.
